Challenge
One of London’s oldest surveying firms, Drivers & Norris had a good reputation but its image needed some TLC. In the face of increased competition, the team was beginning to lose confidence and some customers were starting to look elsewhere.
Solution
To kickstart turning things around, we undertook a vision exercise to understand what made them tick and find out what sets it apart from others practices covering a similar patch.
We listened to customers and senior management and then we ran a fun, hands-on vision workshop involving staff from all areas of the business.
As a result, we found a space in the market for them to own, as well as talk powerfully about themselves. Staff felt proud to be involved and were excited to put the new ideas into action.
Off the back of creating a clear positioning, NKC went on to remodel their offices, design a new company logo, re-look the website, as well as overhaul all marketing and sales literature.
